What You'll Do:

• Design and implement crisis mitigation plans and recovery roadmaps.
• Manage external communications and intergovernmental coordination.
• Train client teams through simulations and incident response exercises.

What You'll Bring:

• Background in emergency management, law, conflict resolution, or international security.
• 5+ years in crisis management or high-pressure leadership roles.
• Strong decision-making and communication skills under pressure.
• Experience working in or with high-risk geographies is a strong advantage.
